PAYMENT POLICY

Medical services are provided and billed by Onsite Immunization and Wellness. We can bill in part to the business and to the employee or full charge to the business/employee.  Please note that our providers participate in most all of the major health insurance plans in the region. Please make us aware if you provide any healthcare plan as we may be able to bill them directly.   There may be deductibles and co-payments for which you will be responsible.

WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET

NO EXTRA HIDDEN CHARGES

We do not charge an assessment fee or administration fee for our services.  The price of the product is the final price you will pay.

 

NO MINIMUM CHARGES

On reoccurring clinics for businesses we do not charge a minimum clinic fee.  Meaning if you have less than 10 people, we will arrange a clinic at a time we are in the area and won't charge an extra fee to do so.

 

GAURENTEED PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL SERVICES

We will guarantee our work.  IF you are not entirely satisfied please let us know and we will make it right for you.

 

WE WILL BEAT ANY COMPETITORS PRICING

We will beat ANY competitor’s previous pricing on a clinic.  All you need to do is submit a previous paid bill to us.

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR BILL

How will I receive my bill?

We will email your bill within 20 days of the clinic.  If there is another clinic scheduled within the month we will email the bill upon close of both clinics.  

 

How long will I have to pay a bill?

You will have 45 days from the time we email you your bill to pay.
